About Gloss & Glory Auto Protection

Hi, my name is Brandon Hughson, the owner and operator of Gloss & Glory Auto Protection. I wrote you this message to introduce myself and give you some context for what my business stands for and what you’re supporting when you choose my business to work for you. I wish that I could tell you everything but time here won’t allow that. I detailed professionally for 4 years prior to starting my business as a master detailer at a company called Idens, the largest subcontractor of detail services in the whole west coast that’s been around since the 80’s. I fell in love with detailing because I had quite a few of jobs that I didn’t enjoy out of high school. I had a desire to live a fulfilled life so I wanted to do something I enjoyed. I really loved working as a detailer but as many other professions, there’s a cap on what a certain position can make and something I didn’t get to experience was working with people directly because I was just an employee for a large company. Well, as you remember, the Covid pandemic took place and we all had to stay home. During that time my wife and I discovered we were having our first baby. Life started to get real for me so I had to make some pivotal decisions. I decided to take what I learned to enjoy and start providing this awesome service for my community so I can support my growing family. Our family is involved in loving and changing our community. We’re openly and unashamedly followers and lovers of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and we know that He created everything that we all enjoy in this life. My view is that from Him are all things and to Him are all things. God, by His everlasting love, grace and mercy has saved us from hell that we created for ourselves. I owe Him everything. Everything I do in and out of my business is rooted in love and is a service unto Him. Jesus told us that as you do to others is done to Him. I genuinely love people and what I do with a passion. For me, everything is 100% or nothing. I’ve missed many opportunities and lots of money/growth in my business because I refuse to compromise my character and standards. All that to say: I’m very transparent about who I am and the reason for what I do and how I do it. This business is more than a business to me. It’s my ministry to you; My opportunity to show the One who gave me everything, my gratitude.
